The Rose Pub at the Plaza will officially open for business beginning Friday, March 14th from a limited time through March 29!

At the Rose Pub, guests will be invited to enjoy a variety of elevated and swoon-worthy Paddy’s Day cocktails, each made with aged single malt whiskey from the most awarded Irish whiskey distillery:

• A take on the beloved whiskey sour, the “Pot Of Gold” features 24k gold flakes atop a frothy golden elixir.

• The “Not Another Irish Coffee” will be just that - the finest coffee, sugar, cream and whiskey adorned with a rose stencil topper.

• Made with a cult favorite - Bushmills 16 Year Old - the “Oldest Fashioned” is finished off with a hand-cut and stamped ice cube.

• And for those looking for the ultimate in Irish luxury - drams of Bushmills 46 Year Old, the oldest Irish single malt ever released, will be available for purchase
