Deets: Join La Roche-Posay in its mission against skin cancer! La Roche-Posay is hosting a FREE event to promote the importance of sun safety on Monday, May 6th (Melanoma Monday).

In partnership with The Dermatology Specialists, La Roche-Posay will be launching a pop-up activation offering free skin checks to the public on Monday, May 6, 2024 for their annual SOS (Save Our Skin) Day. This event encourages life-saving behavioral change and allows individuals who may not have access to a dermatologist the opportunity for skin check.

For over a decade, the brand has been raising awareness on UV dangers and promoting sun safety to prevent skin cancer through their Save Our Skin Campaign, and this is the 14th annual SOS Day. SOS Day will be held at the Flatiron Plaza located at the intersection of 23rd Street, Fifth Avenue, and Broadway, and is open to the public from 10AM-7PM.

The event will offer the public FREE skin cancer screenings by dermatologists, FREE full-size sunscreen samples, FREE goodies, coupons, and more!

** Additionally, the brand will have street teams stationed in various locations around New York City (Washington Square Park, Williams Bridge Oval Recreation Center in The Bronx), Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens) providing free sunscreen samples to the public. **
