Deets: Come celebrate the Grand Opening of Levain Bakery Flatiron on Friday, April 5 at 8AM! The Flatiron bakery is located at 2 West 18th Street (off Fifth Avenue), and joins six existing locations in New York City and one in The Hamptons, marking the beloved brand’s 14th bakery overall.
In celebration of the Flatiron opening, Levain unveils its unique take on the iconic black & white cookie in a unique nod to the quintessential New York delicatessen treat. Staying true to their 29-year tradition of creating rich, indulgent treats made with high-quality ingredients, Levain’s Black & White Chocolate Chip cookie is crafted with dark cocoa, semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chunks, offering a visually striking and delicious experience. Normal hours are 7am-11pm daily.
The proceeds from Levain’s Flatiron’s opening day will be donated to Hot Bread Kitchen, whose mission is to create economic opportunity for women and gender expansive people, immigrants, and people of color through job skills training, food entrepreneurship programs, and an ecosystem of support in New York City. Levain Bakery has donated proceeds from its bakery openings since 2009, and have an ongoing commitment to giving back to the local community as they continuously strive to be a force for good in each neighborhood they join.
