Deets: The Meatpacking Business Improvement District is up to its old tricks again, hosting Treats in the Streets on October 19th- its annual District-wide Halloween celebration. Trick-or-Treaters of all ages can visit shops, restaurants, and other businesses throughout Meatpacking for a variety of kid- and adult-friendly treats along with other fun activities to take part in, including the 6th Annual Meatpacking Doggie Costume Contest beginning at 2 PM, pumpkin decorating, live music, and more. Treats in the Streets is free and open to the public.
