Before opening Olmsted, 19-year-old Chef Baxtrom launched his career as a founding member of Alinea’s culinary team - the first restaurant in Chicago to earn three Michelin stars. This March, he and Chef Achatz bring the magic of Alinea to Brooklyn to celebrate 20 years of creativity and excellence and the unscripted opportunity that lies ahead.
