Deets: The new Allure Restaurant will be hosting an Oscars Viewing Night for the 96th Annual Academy Awards with free popcorn for guests. Chef Joshua Vazquez will be offering dishes from the shared plates Menu which includes Chips and Dip (crispy russet potato chips, confit shallot & garlic aioli); Roasted Red Pepper Hummus; Allure Tater Tots (crispy tater tots, cured egg yolk, scallion, shishito, pecorino, lime aioli); Silver Service NYC Dog (Wagyu beef hot dog, shishito, pickles, cherry tomatoes, gochujang aioli, crispy shallots served on a NY Pretzel Bun); Tuna Carpaccio (bluefin tuna, calabrian chili, crispy shallots, shoyu, sesame oil, puffed rice); Portobello Panini (marinated portobello, caramelized onion, charred scallion puree, sourdough); Caviar service and more. Fun cocktails that pay homage to the show's and nominees such as the "Lets Go Barbie" and "The Golden Scorsese" will be available for purchase.
