Alongside festive photo opportunities for kids and families, One Dine—the Observatory’s restaurant, known for its sprawling views, first-class service, and gourmet, seasonally inspired cuisine located on the 101st floor—will offer a special holiday menu with seasonal cocktails and dishes. Elevated high above the city, this enchanting venue offers a sophisticated setting to savor the season’s flavors while enjoying sweeping, panoramic views of the skyline.

Sip on seasonal creations such as:

The Grinch, a cocktail featuring a blend of simple syrup, agave, lime, orange juice, passion fruit, blue curacao, Patron Reposado and a hint of jalapeno

Irie Times a Jamaican rum punch crafted with pineapple juice, orange juice, strawberry puree, raspberry puree, lime juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon syrup, Wray and Nephew Overproof rum, ginger beer, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar served over ice.

 For a warm, comforting indulgence, guests are invited to visit the hot chocolate bar located on the 100th floor at ONE Sip bar.
