Deets: Market 57 is a new dining destination on the Hudson River (at Pier 57) that showcases the culinary and cultural diversity of New York City’s local, independent food culture.
Curated under the guidance and mentorship of The James Beard Foundation, the market is committed to championing the nonprofit’s Good Food For Good™ mission by celebrating, supporting, and elevating the people behind our vital food community and promoting a more equitable industry.
As such, Market 57 is home to more than a dozen kiosks that make up a talented mix of minority- and women-owned businesses, first time brick-and-mortar outposts for beloved pop-up concepts, and seasoned operators looking to grow and evolve their businesses with brand new food offerings.
