Deets: On National Shapewear Day, Tuesday, August 10th, Shapermint, the leading body positive shapewear marketplace, will be hosting its first-ever NYC stunt to celebrate body confidence and destigmatize the conversation around shapewear.
Beginning at 12pm ET, Shapermint’s “Celebrate Your Shape. Wear Confidence” campaign will take to the streets of New York City with RHONY and TV personality, Eboni K. Williams leading the charge. Eboni and a fleet of real, Shapermint women dressed only in shapewear aboard a fully branded, custom wrapped double decker bus, will stopping at three of the busiest and most popular NYC locations: Bryant Park, Union Square, and Madison Square Park (specific details below).
Touring around NYC and catching eyeballs of NYC bystanders, these women will be handing out $1,000,000 in free shapewear as part of the brand’s commitment to destigmatize the conversation around shapewear and further the body positivity movement.
In tandem with the NYC event, the brand is also hosting a 60% off site-wide sale from National Underwear Day (8/5) through National Shapewear Day (8/10) offering shoppers free shapewear and encouraging consumers nationwide to celebrate your shape, and wear confidence.
