Deets: Frieze Sculpture at Rockefeller Center is a major public art initiative, presented in partnership with Frieze New York and Tishman Speyer for a second year.
From September 1st through October 2nd, explore major new site-specific sculptural works in open, public locations throughout Rockefeller Center. Curated by Brett Littman, head of the Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum, enjoy work by leading artists: Ghada Amer, Beatriz Cortez, Andy Goldsworthy, Lena Henke, Camille Henrot, and Thaddeus Mosley. This year’s edition takes reference from the natural and botanical worlds while dealing with a range of issues like women’s suffrage, migration, urban planning, and ecology.
