Deets: The Lobby Bar at the Dream Hotel in the Meatpacking District is its first holiday pop-up called The Winter Rose Garden. It will be blooming through March 2020. Transformed into an all-red rose haven with 15,000 roses, The Lobby Bar will serve as an oasis for the holiday season with oversized rose walls, red furniture and candles. A new seasonal menu will feature drinks like Primrose Cider (sparkling rosé, Barking Irons Applejack, cinnamon syrup, lemon Juice, and rose ice cubes) and Winter Daiquiri (rum, simple syrup, Barking Irons white night, lime juice, and apple slices). Menu items include Pizza Bianca with roasted mushroom, whole milk ricotta, and extra virgin olive oil.

Hint for the Average Socialite: It will be blooming through March 2020.
