Deets: Poosh, by Kourtney Kardashian Barker, is hosting its largest event to date, coinciding with the festival for the first time ever. The event concept, CAMP POOSH, is back for its second year in the desert, and this time we’re doing it big.
The Poosh-style summer camp will take place April 13-17, aligning with the first weekend of the festival. Over 15 influencers will be staying overnight at the property Thursday through Sunday, with the main event happening on Saturday (1 to 5 pm).
Returning to the same gorgeous, 40-acre Palm Desert Estate, Poosh will create the ultimate, throwback summer camp experience with musical performances, camp activities, immersive installations, pre-festival glam (including piercings and tattoos), a variety of Poosh-style food trucks and bar activations, plus festival prep and recovery. In partnership with The h.wood Group, the Camp Poosh experience will be an invite-only event with 500 guests expected to attend, including tastemakers, influencers, celebrities, and friends of the brand.
Poosh “Campers” are invited to interact in immersive brand activations with gifting and experiential touch-points throughout, enticing attendees to share their VIP experience through social media. A curated group of Camp Poosh influencers will also be live streaming with Amazon-Live throughout the weekend.
Guests can explore the various immersive content moments, including a nostalgic summer camp bunk installation by Slip Silk.
Hulu will be on-site and partnering with Jon Boy for an exclusive tattoo and permanent bracelet experience. Guests can also opt for belly chains or ear piercing by ByChari featuring custom earrings designed by Poosh. Lonely Ghost x Poosh are collaborating on custom-made merch that will be available exclusively at Camp Poosh. Overnight campers will have styling options all weekend long from some of Poosh’s favorite fashion brands that include DSW, Lee Jeans, With Jean, and Steve Madden.
Campers will be pampered with Poosh-approved glam, including ‘90s-inspired hairstyling by Shark Beauty, the official hairtool partner. Afterwards, guests can enhance their new look with hair wraps, beads, or gems at the Hair Garden by Aveda, Poosh’s official haircare sponsor. Throughout the event, Eucerin US will act as the official suncare sponsor, keeping guests’ skin nourished and protected from the desert sun.
After shopping at the Camp Store, attendees can DIY an iconic ‘90s Caboodle to house their Poosh-approved goods. Thanks to Shipstation, guests will be able to send their gifts home directly from Camp with ease.
Campers will enjoy cocktails provided by 818 Tequila and Plant Botanicals Vodka. For the alcohol-free campers, we'll have a custom, pre-roll joint bar by the experts at Drew Martin, as well as a non-alcoholic spirits bar by Boisson filled with a curated menu of spirits, wines, and ready-to-drink options.
Poosh’s official energy drink partner, Celsius, will keep campers energized with the newest addition to their Vibes collection at an epic poolside oasis. For a sweet treat, guests can indulge in SmartSweets healthy, vintage candy shop and step into the Rite Aid’s Thrifty Ice Cream Shop featuring Poosh-approved ice cream flavors. Kardashian favorite chef, Chef K will be providing bites for VIP guests and additional onsite food partners include Monty’s Food Truck, Daring Plant-Based Chicken, Bun B’s Trill Burgers, 5 Elementos Mexican, and functional mushroom treats by Alice Mushrooms.
Other weekend sponsors include: Polaroid, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Big Joe’s, Drink Loverboy, Pressed Juice, Poppi, Snoop Dogg’s INDOxyz, Camp Craft Cocktails, Kurvana, Igloo, and Frigidaire.
In celebration of Earth Month, Poosh will be leaning into its sustainability ethos by working to make Camp Poosh as sustainable as possible. Efforts include but aren't limited to the following:
Boxed Water™, in partnership with Poosh, will be donating to Climate Impact Partners to offset the travel emissions and carbon footprint for up to 600 people.
Together with Poosh, Boxed Water™ will also plant 600 trees via the National Forest Foundation, representing all of the party guests who attend.
Composting and recycling will take place onsite.
Water keg stations powered by OPHORA water provide refills to campers all weekend long.
All food vendors will use biodegradable plates, napkins, cups, etc.
