Deets: The peak of New York mixology is coming to Los Angeles on December 10th as Shinji’s takes over Lobby Bar at The West Hollywood EDITION, in collaboration with Punch and Ketel One Vodka.

Created by the team behind Michelin-starred Noda, Shinji’s is a highly inventive cocktail bar with unique ingredients like wasabi peels, nori, beeswax vodka, and chocolate cherry Campari.

The West Hollywood EDITION is pleased to announce that famed New York cocktail bar Shinji’s will be taking over the Lobby Bar on December 10th, in collaboration with Punch and Ketel One Vodka.

Acclaimed for their creative yet approachable creations, the one-night pop-up will bring a selection of specialties from the award-winning bar, which is the sister concept to Michelin-starred Noda. Guest bartender from Shinji’s, Rafael Alvarez, will be manning the Lobby Bar from 7pm until 10pm, to shake up imaginative and complex favorites from the Flatiron bar with housemade inclusions like Beeswax Vodka and Chocolate Cherry Campari.

Ketel One Vodka, Shochu, Nori, Wasabi Peels, Freeze Dried Ginger, Bonito, CO2

Honeypenny

Tanqueray, Ketel One Vodka, Mead, Beeswax, Golden Raisins, Flowers

Symphony of Senses

Union Mezcal, Nasturtium, Lime

Ode to Michael

Rum Zacapa 23, Campari, Cocoa nibs, Dried cherries, Sweet Vermouth

Making their highly anticipated return to the West Coast, Shinji’s will attract lovers of whimsy and high-proof, inventive beverages during this limited event at the Sunset Strip hotel. Beverages will be available for $24 each.
