Deets: Between 9am-9pm on Saturday, July 9, there’s no better place to be than City Ridge! The 10-acre, $715 million redevelopment which includes nearly 700 new apartments, is hosting fun, FREE activations all day long as it unveils the highly-anticipated neighborhood to the community.

In-person tours of City Ridge’s remarkable apartment residences
Community ceremony revealing City Ridge’s signature sculpture featuring city leaders and project stakeholders
A preview of what’s to come at City Ridge including four dynamic apartment residences (all of which are currently leasing), DC’s first Wegmans, and restaurants such as King Street Oyster Bar, Tatte Bakery & Cafe and the DC region’s largest Taco Bamba
Surprise and delight moments, giveaways and more
Closing the night with a movie under the stars on the Great Lawn
