Winter non-alcholic cocktail highlights include “0% Raspberry Cobbler” (seedlip grove 42, lemon, pineapple, oj, lime, raspberry) and 0% Lemon Basil (basil-infused seedlip garden, lemon, edible flower).
Kick off the year with Lead Bartender Sara Chaudhuri’s (a VinePair Next Wave 2024 Finalist, Restaurant Cocktail Bar Tales of the Cocktail 2023 & 2024 Semifinalist) transformative spirit free drinks (all $12). Options include the “Prickly Pear No-tini” made with Amass Riverine Non-Alcoholic, Pear, Apple, Sorrel, and Thyme or her “Brumal Kick” made with Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey, Lemon, and Almond Orgeat. Give your gut a healthy punch with her “Cold Weather Kombucha” made with Teaism Rooibus, Red & Black Currant, Hibiscus and Elderberry.
Bar Director Thi Nguyen is known for her creative cocktails and NA offerings that aim to share the beauty of her native homeland's culture. Guests can enjoy her Milk Tea- Trà Sữa milky oolong tea, oat milk, pandan syrup + grass jelly ($11), a Thỏ Ngọc ($12) with jade, soursop, osmanthus, lemon and vegan foam or the Tía Tô Spritz ($14) with purple shiso, pomegranate cordial and non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
