A la carte specials available from January 25 to February 2, including the Jade Treasure Box (homemade spinach tofu and mushrooms), Fortune Seeker’s Pot (prawn, egg dumplings, fish dumplings, pork belly, pork skin, cabbage, winter bamboo, bean curd knots, and Chinese celtuce), and the Dragon’s Last Dance (steamed live lobster with sticky rice), as well as a dessert and cocktail: Wishes in the Snow, made with lunar rice balls, tangerine jam, and cream, and the River Snake Blessing made with shochu, elderflower, cucumber, and lime.
