Taking over the iconic suite at the Loews Hollywood Hotel—where Britney Spears once filmed her “Everytime” music video and Lady Gaga rehearsed for A Star Is Born—the new installment will run every weekend in May, except the weekend of May 17.
Part immersive theater, part true crime experience, Crime Scene Live invites guests to step inside some of Los Angeles’ most infamous murder investigations. Drawing from over 100 real-life homicide cases, Tabak guides audiences through high-profile stories including those of John Belushi, the Hillside Strangler, Biggie Smalls, Nicole Simpson, and the Manson murders. With gripping detail and a commanding presence, Tabak leads guests through a journey of suspense, insight, and psychological intrigue, culminating in a fully interactive ‘Who Dun It” experience where the audience becomes part of the investigation itself.
Tabak, a decorated former homicide detective and consultant for CNN, BBC, and Fox, is widely respected for his investigative work on some of the most sensational criminal cases in L.A. history. Now, he brings those stories out of the courtroom and into an intimate live setting, transforming cold case files into living, breathing performances that blur the lines between crime, theater, and audience engagement.
