Deets: Cinespia, LA’s favorite cinematic experience presented by Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video, is back for its 24th season at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, kicking off the summer with two tales of one amazing city: The Big Lebowski (5/24) and the 30th anniversary of Clueless (5/25), followed by a tribute to the once-in-an-eternity auteur David Lynch with Blue Velvet (5/31).

Additional screenings for the 24th season will be announced soon.

“Cinespia has always been a love letter to Los Angeles and to the movies that shaped us,” said Cinespia founder, John Wyatt. “We’re honored to begin this season with two unforgettable portraits of our city, and a tribute to the great David Lynch.” Wyatt added.

Cinespia DJs are back to spin onsite sets before and after each screening, setting the vibe alongside the iconic free photo booth featuring dreamy scenes inspired by your favorite films. The beer and wine bar and concession stands will also be returning for guests to enjoy during their experience.

Saturday, May 24th - The Big Lebowski at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Call him the Dude, His Dudeness, Duder, or El Dudorino, Jeff Bridges stars as the man who spearheaded a new way of life. A case of mistaken identity takes an unforgettable laidback White Russian aficionado on a hilariously hazy and hallucinatory spiral through Los Angeles. Part slacker comedy, part neo-noir, you’ll want to skip bowling night for the Coen Brothers masterpiece.

Sunday, May 25th - 30th Anniversary of Clueless at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Bettys and Baldwins, roll with your homies to the one-of-a-kind event that’s more fun than a val party! Challenged to prove she’s more than just a popular teen queen, Cher decides to make over the cute but clueless Tai. Enjoy the classic with a cast of 90s royalty, including Alicia Silverstone, Paul Rudd, Brittany Murphy, Stacey Dash, Donald Faison, and Breckin Meyer.

Saturday,  May 31st - Blue Velvet: Tribue to David Lynch at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Marvel at David Lynch's unique blend of the bad and the beautiful as we celebrate his cinematic legacy. It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood—until someone finds an ear in a field. Dive into David Lynch’s dreamy, demented masterpiece under the stars, full of suburban secrets, velvety blue crooning, and Dennis Hopper at his most unhinged. There's no better way to celebrate the beloved director than at the site of his final resting place.

What began with a screening of Strangers on a Train for a few hundred people has become a Los Angeles institution, hosting hundreds of thousands of moviegoers on the famed Fairbanks Lawn. Now the most popular outdoor cinema event in Southern California, Cinespia is celebrated by fans and filmmakers for hosting a relaxed, off-beat experience. Welcoming up to 4,000 moviegoers per night, guests are invited to bring their own blankets, food, and drinks (including beer and wine), before settling in under the stars for a classic (and sometimes campy) cinematic experience. The magic of Hollywood’s most memorable moments is heightened by the roar of the crowd and movies on the big screen. Every screening also features world class DJ talent to keep the crowd buzzing before and after the main event.

Hint for the Average Socialite: Tickets are on sale now.

Additional screenings for the 24th season will be announced soon.
