Deets: The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood’s About Last Knife (ALK) will host a Wellington Live Jazz Soiree on Saturday, March 29, featuring a finely curated evening by Wellingtons, Barr Hill Gin and ALK, pairing a four-course tasting menu with live jazz music.

Guests can expect a welcome toast of blood orange french 75 crafted with Barr Hill Artisan Gin paired with buffalo chicken and cheeseburger welly bites; starters like lobster gruyère welly bites and a mesclun salad with gribiche dressing; and mains featuring a sea & land wellington duo – including beef and salmon with yukon gold purée, broccolini and beurre rouge. Indulge in a delectable dessert and end the meal with Wellington's apple pie bites.
