Deets: “Come One, Come All! The Gworls Are Having A Ball!”

GIRLS GONE ACTIVE in Partnership With Hotel Per La, and collaboration with PressPassLA Media Group, will be hosting its first annual Sadie Hawkins Pride Ball in honor of PRIDE. This is a celebratory evening in which the vastly underrepresented female identifying queer community (especially those of BIPOC) invite their LGBTQIA+ besties to let loose and live it up in a safe and inclusive space. 

“Pride is about celebrating everything that makes you YOU! Even within the LGBTQIA+ Community, there is still marginalization. The more you break down the categories (BIPOC, Female Identifying, Transgender), there becomes less inclusivity and representation” says DJ Shai, Founder of GIRLS GONE ACTIVE.  “This event is for those who still feel like they don’t fit in… and why should you when we are all born stand out. This evening is for the Marsha P. Johnsons’ of the city to let their beauty shine bright in the most beautiful setting at the iconic Hotel Per La!”
