Deets: In celebration of announcing the partnership with Big Nose Kate, a growing western whiskey backed by award-winning actress Melissa McCarthy and husband Ben Falcone, Black Angus Steakhouse is hosting a one-night only Experience Dinner dedicated to the female owned whiskey brand on Thursday, Feb. 1  beginning at 7 p.m. The specialty whiskey pairing dinner will be held at all Black Angus Steakhouse locations where guests will have the chance to try a three-course dinner of off-menu dishes which will be meticulously complemented by  expertly crafted cocktails starring Big Nose Kate. For $51.99 per person ($54.99 in Hawaii), guests will begin with a Crispy Lemon Pepper Zucchini paired with a Big Nose Kate Whiskey mule. The dinner will continue with an entree consisting of Cedar Plank Steak Frites paired with a Tombstone Big Nose Kate Whiskey Sour. Guests will end the dinner with a delicious dessert, a Chocolate S’mores Brownie made with a Big Nose Kate Whiskey chocolate sauce and complemented with a Toasty Hot Cocoa Coffee. 

For a special treat, Black Angus Steakhouse’s Burbank location (235 S. First St.), guests will have a chance for a private Q&A happy hour with  Big Nose Kate’s Master Blender Melissa Heim and Black Angus’s Director of Culinary Innovation Jim Little to learn more about the story of Big Nose Kate and the creative process behind the specialty paired dinner.
