You’ll go berserk for the horrifying classic that set the bar for what horror movies can be. Something devious is afoot when five teenagers find themselves face to face with a deadly rural family. A chainsaw of events unfolds in the greatest of classic horror cinema. Pack a picnic with beer and wine for a slashing time under the stars, rip-roaring DJ sets before and after the film, and a photobooth that brings American gothic to Hollywood’s field of screams. See it in the cemetery if you dare!

Saturday, October 12th - Coraline - 15th Anniversary Screening at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
15th Anniversary Celebration with LAIKA!  When young Coraline discovers a secret door in her house, she is surprised to find that it leads to an alternate version of her own life, where cats talk and her ‘other’ parents have buttons for eyes. It initially appears more fun than her existing life, but it soon becomes clear that this other world wants to keep her forever. Bring the family and friends for a beloved spooktacular classic that’s a garden of the unexpected. DJ sets bring the film to life, while our Free Photo Booth will give you a passageway to another place.

Thursday, October 31st - Suspiria (1977) at The Orpheum.
The original ‘Danse Macabre’ from visionary director Dario Argento! Something wicked this way comes in Argento’s Giallo magnum opus that is as beautiful as it is bewitching. Suzy (Jessica Harper) finds her admission to a famed ballet school comes with a prickly price. A cabinet of otherworldly wonders awaits her with bucketfuls of creepy crawlies and supernatural hysterics. The jewel-toned terrors come alive at for a night of color saturated scares. Party with us at our return to The Orpheum Theatre as we celebrate Halloween night spectral style. Beware the scares around every corner of the gorgeous Downtown Hollywood landmark. DJ sets put the horror in motion and our Free Photo Booth will take your breath away.

What began with a screening of Strangers on a Train for a few hundred people has become a Los Angeles institution, hosting hundreds of thousands of moviegoers on the famed Fairbanks Lawn. Now the most popular outdoor cinema event in Southern California, Cinespia is celebrated by fans and filmmakers for hosting a relaxed, off-beat experience. Welcoming up to 4,000 moviegoers per night, guests are invited to bring their own blankets, food, and drinks (including beer and wine), before settling in under the stars for a classic (and sometimes campy) cinematic experience. The magic of Hollywood’s most memorable moments is heightened by the roar of the crowd and movies on the big screen. Every screening also features world class DJ talent to keep the crowd buzzing before and after the main event.
