This year’s list of Streamys presenters include digital trailblazers including Anna Sitar, Austin Creed, Brianna Chickenfry, Chris Olsen, Colin and Samir, Delaney Rowe, Dream, Drew Afualo, Druski, Dylan Mulvaney, Happy Kelli, Jay Shetty, Kris Collins, Lizzy McAlpine, Michelle Khare, Pinkydoll, Rhett & Link, Ryan Trahan, Smosh, Supercar Blondie, Tana Mongeau, xQc, and Zelina Vega.
The evening will feature a performance from hip-hop artist and Streamys Rolling Stone Sound of the Year award nominee Armani White with an unforgettable medley of his tracks "BILLIE EILISH.," and "SILVER TOOTH.," as well as a dynamic set from Swedish dance-pop duo Icona Pop performing their new single “Fall In Love'' from their forthcoming album CLUB ROMANTECH, as well as their smash hit “I Love It.” “RuPaul's Drag Race” alum Shea Couleé will appear throughout the show, interacting with creators in the audience as the show’s official “crowd surfer.”
This year’s Streamys will celebrate the past, present, and future of Internet culture, celebrating its transformative role in society and the digital creators who shape trends, drive innovation, and foster our shared digital heritage.
Seamlessly woven into the evening are the Streamys Creator Honors, a cherished tradition in which past Streamys winners recognize creators whose work has personally resonated with them. This year, Streamys Creator Honors will be presented by Amelia Dimoldenberg, Blogilates, and Brandon Rogers, to three special creators whose original content and unique voices have inspired and entertained millions worldwide.
MrBeast leads this year’s nominations with five nods. The “2023 Streamy Awards” will also present the inaugural Rolling Stone Sound of the Year award honoring the year's most impactful songs that have dominated content creation on social media and resonated across popular culture.
Streamys Highlights:
The show’s average viewership over the past three years (2020-2022) is 6.4 million views. The 2022 show streamed on host Airrack’s YouTube channel, which marked a first for the Streamys.
Recognition by the Streamy Awards has helped catapult creators into the wider entertainment industry and proven to be its best kept crystal ball, with the Breakout Creator award proving to be a particularly strong precursor to increased notoriety. Past winners of Breakout Creator include Bella Poarch, Charli D’Amelio, Emma Chamberlain, Liza Koshy, MrBeast, and Ryan Trahan.
Creators featured in the 2022 show included: Mark Rober, the night’s most awarded creator with four wins, as well as Creator of the Year winner MrBeast, along with Bob the Drag Queen, Bretman Rock, Charli D’Amelio, Jay Shetty, Rhett & Link, and many more.
Alessia Cara, Doja Cat, Future, Hailee Steinfeld, Kim Petras, Mäneskin, and Normani are just a few of the renowned artists that have performed on the show.
The “2023 Streamy Awards” is produced by Dick Clark Productions and Tubefilter.
