Deets: On Saturday, March 4, Long Beach's favorite zero-waste, fine dining concept Heritage is hosting a dinner event at its namesake urban farm. At $125 per person, the experience will be centered on a seafood-forward menu served in Heritage Farm's tranquil garden. Chef Phil Pretty will provide a sustainable 4-course tasting menu of oysters & champagne, smoked salmon, octopus and more.
About Heritage
Within the walls of a century-old craftsman house in Long Beach’s historic Rose Park neighborhood lives Heritage, a family owned and operated restaurant by brother-sister-duo Lauren Pretty and Chef Philip Pretty. Heritage offers a six course tasting menu. Every single ingredient at Heritage is sourced with intention. Chef Pretty hand picks produce from the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market twice a week. The menu changes often, and sometimes daily. Beer & wine is all sourced from California. Heritage does not allow modifications in order to preserve the integrity and consistency behind every seasonal, carefully designed dish.
Since its beginning, Heritage has been a zero-waste, Green and Blue certified kitchen. This commitment to sustainability continues to expand with Heritage Farm, which is located just a mile from the restaurant. Heritage Farm harvests bountiful fresh produce for the restaurant year-round and offers a tranquil event space for weddings and gatherings.
