Deets: Oatly is celebrating National Ice Cream Day with something that’s not actually ice cream…

Oatly, the world’s original and largest oatmilk company, is flipping National Ice Cream Day on July 17 on its head by taking over 8 of LA’s very own local ice cream trucks to distribute 5K+ of the brand’s new nondairy frozen dessert bars throughout the area for FREE!

Oatly will also be popping-up in New York City and St. Louis on the holiday, giving out a total of 16,000+ free samples across the US.

Why are you doing this?
At Oatly, we believe a global shift to a more plant-based food system is vital for the survival of our planet. Also, our novelty bars are just really good.

How good are they?
Oatly’s recently launched non-dairy frozen dessert bars are 100% plantbased with a frozen filling made from you guessed it…oats! These delicious treats are free of gluten, soy and nuts, and are certified nonGMO and vegan. The bars are available in Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge, Salted Caramel and Strawberry Swirl. You’ll have to try them for yourself, but we’ve been told they seamlessly take the place of dairy ice cream bars
