Deets: At $160 per person, this 5-course tasting menu with a wine pairing will be prepared by Owner and Chef Phil Pretty using seasonal organic produce from Heritage Farm and hyper-local purveyors. Heritage Farm offers a tranquil yet state-of-the-art ambiance with indoor and outdoor space. Dinners are every Friday and Saturday evenings through November 19th.
Enter the gates and walk into a large garden and chicken coop. A long elegant table for dinner lines the walkway. Enjoy a seasonal coursed menu cooked over the live fire of our Santa Maria grill and wood burning oven. There is also a modern indoor space, perfect for a small wedding ceremony or mingling with friends.
Heritage is a certified Green and Blue, fully zero-waste concept helmed by Chef Phillip Pretty and his sister Lauren Pretty.
Recently, the brother-sister duo announced the opening of Heritage Farm, a brand-new events space and urban farm, which will supply over 60% of produce for the restaurant which is conveniently located just a few blocks away. To celebrate this opening, Heritage Farm is hosting a series of dinners at the farm in partnership with celebrated local chefs, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy firsthand the exquisite culinary experience that is had at the farm.

local mushroom tartlet (soft herbs, black garlic)
live scallop & pomegranate (fermented grapes, cucumber)
Heritage egg & winter truffle (soft grits, crispy pig ears)
wagyu rib cap & grilled leeks (whipped hollandaise, pommes)
steel cut oats & sunchoke (candied raisin, seeded granola)
chili mango & candied olive
