Deets: Cinespia, LA’s favorite cinematic experience presented by Amazon Studios, today announced that they will close out the month of September and its 20th anniversary season with screenings of Some Like It Hot (9/11) and Coming to America (9/25) at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery with an additional screening of School of Rock (9/17) at the LA Historic Park. The summer finale screening of Coming to America will also feature a fireworks show.

Saturday, September 25th - Coming to America at Hollywood Forever. Celebrate the end of summer with an endearing and electric Eddie Murphy classic and a dazzling fireworks fantasy! What began with a screening of Strangers on a Train for a few hundred people has become a Los Angeles institution, hosting hundreds of thousands of moviegoers on the famed Fairbanks Lawn. Now the most popular outdoor cinema event in Southern California, Cinespia is celebrated by fans and filmmakers for hosting a relaxed, off-beat experience. Welcoming up to 4,000 moviegoers per night, guests are invited to bring their own blankets, food, and drinks (including beer and wine), before settling in under the stars for a classic (and sometimes campy) cinematic experience.
