Deets: In honor of this sweet holiday, Candy Pop, the nation’s premiere popcorn brand known as the “Popcorn of Hollywood” has partnered with the famous California Donuts on 3rd Street in Los Angeles for National Donut Day (June 4th) to create a Candy Pop themed special edition donut collection (4 Limited Creations) and Pop-up shop activation.
On Friday morning, the all new Ghost Pop-Up (8116 Beverly Blvd.) will play home to the Candy Pop Donut Shop, offering the first 200 donut-lovers a free custom donut by California Donuts x Candy Pop and morning beverage of choice. The four special edition donut creations will feature Candy Pop’s signature candy coated popcorn flavor toppings on donut pairings such as white chocolate frosting, including Candy Pop made with SNICKERS®, TWIX®, Butterfinger® and M&M’s® Minis. Guests will also be served beverages such as coffee, water, and special RumChata latte drinks by SoCal Rum.
If you can’t make it to the limited time pop-up activation which is ONLY from 9am-Noon, Do-Nut worry; head over to California Donuts original location at 3540 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90020 (Koreatown) to purchase the custom Candy Pop Donuts all day long, with a portion of all sales to benefit The Ryan Seacrest Foundation -- a sweet, sweet deal. (A portion of all Candy Pop popcorn sales in general benefit the organization as well).
