Deets: This is not a festival. Imagine an event where chefs collaborate on one-of-a-kind limited-edition dishes while supporting their community. Pop Off LA will take place on May 16-23 during AAPI Heritage Month and donate a portion of proceeds to non-profit Off Their Plate.
Off Their Plate will then engage struggling Asian restaurants to make meals for AAPI organizations.
Pop Off LA will be an opportunity to try one-day-only mashups, celebrate the diversity of food around Los Angeles, and maybe even preview the city’s next great restaurants.

Hint For The Average Socialite: Pop Off LA donations will go to Off Their Plate, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to food justice solutions. Funds will then be distributed to struggling AAPI restaurants, who will make meals for AAPI community organizations across the country.
