Deets: The 12th Annual Running of the Chihuahuas presented by Pacifico and hosted by Tommy McFly returns on Saturday, May 4! The fun-filled and free event features the iconic Chihuahua races, ice cold Pacifico Beer, a DJ, pet photo booth, and a giant inflatable Chihuahua for photo opportunities. ALL race proceeds benefit Rural Dog Rescue – a non-profit organization dedicated to pulling dogs from high-kill rural shelters.

Hint for the Average Socialite: Registration is only required for Chihuahuas who will race in the Running of the Chihuahuas. The races are free to view and are open to the public. Only Chihuahuas may participate in the races, but all dogs can take part in the excitement of the day during the free all-breed dog costume contest! This is a family and dog-friendly, admission-free event, but you must be 21+ to drink alcohol.
