Each evening at 6:00 PM for the first three weeks of December, the hotel will host a thrilling champagne-popping ritual led by 12 remarkable local luminaries. Join the hotel to countdown to the holidays with a celebratory champagne pour, and guests are invited to experience the St. Regis Bar to soak up the festive cheer!

 One of the signature traditions of the iconic St. Regis brand, Champagne Sabrage dates to the battles of Napoleon Bonaparte, who famously opened champagne with his saber both in victory and defeat. St. Regis’s founder, John Jacob Astor IV adopted the ritual as a way to celebrate the transition from day to evening, and it is still preformed daily at St. Regis properties around the world today.
