Deets: Come to the waterfront this weekend, and you’ll be welcomed by the sounds of some of the best local and international jazz musicians to take the stage. DC JazzFest at The Wharf will host more than 20 acts, with performances on District Pier and Transit Pier. 

Hint for the Average Socialite: Concerts on District Pier and Transit Pier require a paid ticket to enter. The only tickets still available for purchase are the VIP All Access 2-Day Passes. 

Plan for lots of vehicular traffic and limited parking on Saturday and Sunday. Instead of driving, ride the Metro to Waterfront Station and walk one block to The Wharf, or ride Metro to L’Enfant Plaza and connect to The Wharf on the free Southwest Shuttle. Or consider taking Bikeshare.

If pier tickets sell out, you can still enjoy live music all along Wharf Street and on the patios of your favorite Wharf restaurants.
