Deets: Osteria Morini’s sister restaurant and Mt Vernon’s go-to neighborhood pizzeria, Nicoletta Italian Kitchen, has launched a brand-new summer pizza class series, taking place on Saturday, August 12 & 26, and September, 9 & 23, from 12pm to 3pm.
Nicoletta Italian Kitchen, helmed by Chef Mohamed Wahiba, is known for its two styles of pizza using their signature 3-day dough. Pizza lovers will now have the chance to become a pizzaiolo, trying their hand at making an authentic pie of their own alongside Chef Wahiba himself.
Hone your pizza making skills: stretch, toss, sauce, and add toppings to your signature pie
Unwind and watch your creation come to life: enjoy wine and scrumptious arancini while you work and as Chef Wahiba cook your creation to perfection in front of you in the wood-fired pizza oven
Enjoy the fruits of your labor: marvel at your creation and dig into your piping hot personal pie, straight from the oven.

Nicoletta Italian Kitchen will open for normal service at 4pm, providing guests with the opportunity to continue their culinary journey after the class concludes, enjoying a drink or dessert at the bar.
