Deets: The Kitchen Collective (TKC) will be debuting an exciting new pop-up at Joon (8045 Leesburg Pike) in Tysons on Monday, October 23, showcasing four restaurants that are brand new to Northern Virginia.

TKC, a curated virtual food hall of four unique restaurant brands, is currently only available for pickup and delivery, but this new pop-up experience will offer dine-in guests the opportunity to enjoy all of the TKC menus in the lounge at Joon.

The menus making their Northern Virginia debut are:

  • Soul Rebel: an on-the-go, health-conscious cafe that originated in Palm Beach County, FL. The cafe provides healthy meal and snack options while maintaining the exotic fresh flavors of fruits, greens, and protein. Seasonal meals range from a variety of superfood smoothies, acai bowls, wraps, salads, toasts, specialty coffee drinks and more.

  • Yasmine: an iconic Lebanese kebab shop that offers sandwiches of perfectly grilled marinated meats and their fresh herb packed falafel dressed with delicious spreads like their labne, hummus, and toum, and finished with fresh local herbs and sumac marinated onions. D.C. diners will know Yasmine from the stall at Union Market.

  • Pizza Serata: known for being one of America’s best pizzerias, offering unique flavors of Sicilian inspired cuisine. Guests can indulge in housemade stracciatella spread atop grilled house-made focaccia bread made from dough sourced locally from Virginia’s Wades Mills or can try the famous pan pizzas topped with sauces made from scratch. Fans of Crooked Run Brewery may recognize Pizza Serata from the taphouse in NE D.C.

  • Franki’s: a brand new cookie and brownie concept named after Chef Chris Morgan’s two year old daughter. Serving a variety of large cookies with a soft fresh out of the oven texture, Franki’s flavors range from "the cookie monster" (brown butter chocolate chip, marshmallow, and heath bar) to a blueberry cream cheese white chocolate, and many more.

Hint for the Average Socialite: No reservations are required.
