Deets: Welcome to Field of Screams Maryland ~ the largest haunted attraction in the DMV, ahead of the spookiest night of the year.
Through November 7, Field of Screams Maryland is welcoming back guests to enjoy its 20th season of top-rated scares with an adapted attraction that is COVID compliant. Their two haunted trails, Haunted Trail and Trail of Terror, have been combined into one terrifying 50-minute experience that allows guests to walk through a ransacked campground and a serial killer’s lair. Prior to walking the trail, guests can enjoy a socially-distanced bonfire and private seating, complete with full service concessions like popcorn and sodas. Additional precautions for COVID-compliance according to CDC guidelines include:
Mandatory mask-wearing
Touchless ticketing process with timed admission times
Actors along the trail will stay six to 13 feet from the public (if an actor screams, they will stay a minimum of 13 feet away)
Limited number of attendees
No pre- or post- congregating
Hint for the Average Socialite: Tickets start at $250 for a group of six, and must be purchased in advance on Field of Scream Maryland’s website. Field of Screams is open Friday-Sunday Oct. 3-Nov. 7, and Thursdays Oct. 15-29. Trails open at dusk.
