An offshoot of the annual Healdsburg, California event, guests in DC will sample highly acclaimed Pinot Noir wines alongside a variety of pork dishes and other special creations from Chef Palmer, Charlie Palmer Steak, and local guest chefs Nathan Anda and Matt Adler [Red Apron Butchery + The Partisan], Marjorie Meek-Bradley [St. Anselm], Scott Drewno and Danny Lee [CHIKO], Victor Albisu [Poca Madre + Taco Bamba] and Edward Lee [Succotash]! All pork generously provided by Joyce Farms.
