Deets: Samantha Bee is throwing a party and everyone not going to the White House Correspondents' Dinner is invited.
Though taping on April 26, TBS' Full Frontal with Samantha Bee's second not-annual "Not the White House Correspondents' Dinner" will air Saturday April 27th at 10PM ET/PT, at the exact same time as the official White House Correspondents' Dinner. Featuring Bee's signature comedy and celebrity guests, the special will bring together journalists, members of the media, and all those who are committed to reaffirming the First Amendment. "It’s bigger than just the Free Press this time around," said Bee. "This is about the non-sexy parts of the First Amendment too—and if the White House Correspondents' Association won’t defend them, we will."
Proceeds will benefit the Committee to Protect Journalists.
