Deets: Now in its third year, the LA edition pairs leaders from the worlds of film, finance, technology, fashion and music in un-moderated conversations to address the growing influence of electronic music. The IMS Engage pairing of Ingrosso and Jones will offer a unique snapshot into the world of popular music and electronic music’s intersection with it. Jones is a man who needs no introduction, for he is a producer without whom popular music would look radically different today, while Ingrosso is one of dance music’s biggest acts as a member of the former supergroup Swedish House Mafia, as well as Axwell /\ Ingrosso. The two will participate in an unmoderated conversation about dance music’s place in entertainment and culture, as part of the IMS Engage event.
Jones and Ingrosso join the additional IMS Engage pairings of outspoken DJ Seth Troxler and hip-hop legend Chuck D, industry icon Lyor Cohen and up and coming manager and mastermind behind Zhu and Krewella, Jake Udell, and nightclub owners Jason Strauss and David Grutman.
