The 30-Hour Extravaganza - a Virtual Race Day Celebration
This fast-paced, multi-location 30-hour virtual event will highlight everything that makes Race Day so special, even as we find ourselves together apart. The digital, live-streaming event affords sponsors, corporate teams, and community teams dedicated time slots to highlight their unique relationship with the Komen Community. Featured live events will include opening and closing ceremonies, a Kids for the Cure celebration, a virtual Survivor/Thriver Ceremony and Celebration of Hope, sponsored start and finish lines with photos, as well as live and pre-recorded celebrity videos.

The Journey to 30
This vibrant, multi-layered, 30-day engagement and fundraising challenge is designed to inspire and connect members across the Komen Community. The Journey to 30 serves as the shared community experience for our 30th Annual Race for the Cure — bringing us together in common cause, much the same as walking the course has done for three decades. Whether participants choose to focus on fitness, cooking, or just dedicate day to day activities, they will find opportunities to engage and share their commitment to the cause. This is sure to be a vibrant, exciting multi-dimensional program with new sponsor opportunities throughout the entire 30 days of programming.

For thirty years, The Komen Community has Raced together to end breast cancer. On September 12-13, 2020 The Komen Community will Race together apart. No one should die from breast cancer.
