Deets: On Saturday, August 1st, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital will host its 62nd Annual Summer Party in the fields at Wickapogue Road and Old Town Road, Southampton. The Annual Summer Party is a landmark event in the Hamptons.
The renowned Annual Summer Party is the largest fundraising event in the Hamptons and has raised an impressive $1.5M+ in 2018 and $100M+ over the past 60 years in support of the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.

Stony Brook Southampton Hospital is staffed by approximately 250 physicians, dentists, and allied health professionals representing more than 50 medical specialties.
A campus of Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital offers a diverse array of clinical services, ranging from primary medical care to specialized surgical procedures, including orthopedics and bariatrics.
As the South Fork’s only emergency care facility, the Jenny & John Paulson Emergency Department is open year-round. It is a Level III Trauma Center, with surgical residents in-house 24|7 and a full team available within a 30-minute response time. Nationally recognized as a high performing ER*, it also offers a ‘Fast Track’ to address with minor injuries and illnesses as quickly as possible.
The hospital includes a Heart and Stroke Center and a new Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory was opened at the hospital in 2018. This facility provides both elective and emergency procedures for coronary artery disease. In the case of a heart attack, patients treated with angioplasty within one hour of their arrival into the Emergency Department increased their chances of survival by 40% compared to patients who were received a procedure after two hours or more.
The new Phillips Family Cancer Center just opened in April 2019 providing the East End community with advanced, comprehensive cancer care right here in Southampton in a state-of-the-art healing environment.
Being able to offer these life-saving emergency services, close to home, eliminating prolonged transfers, often means the difference between life and death. The sooner we can deliver care, the better the outcome for the patient and the sooner they can return to their daily lives.
The Stony Brook Southampton hospital also includes The Breast Health Center, The Center for Advanced Wound Healing, and 32 satellite care centers throughout the South Fork of Long Island. The hospital is the largest employer on the South Fork with more than 1,200 employees.
