La Cocina at Reforma features a thoughtfully crafted menu that pays homage to classic pan-Latin comfort food with a modern Southern California twist from the mind of Coachella Valley local Executive Chef Erick Hernandez.

Native to the Coachella Valley, Executive Chef Erick Hernandez has crafted a phenomenally unique menu taking classic recipes, including some from his own family, and adding a Southern Californian inspired modern twist. Be sure to try Papa's Cinnamon Bun, a family recipe from Hernandez's father.
