Cajé Coffee Roasters embodies the young, hip vibe in all three of their locations, though each location has a flare of its own. The baristas create complex yet artistic drinks that play with the senses. Smell the gentle smokiness from wood chips. See a falling waterfall of sugar crystals amid a dusting of gold flakes. Taste the delectable balance of flavors that meld into the sensory experience. Their menu ranges from basic coffee, to signature drinks, to smoothies, to açaí bowls and paninis, and more.

Arlington is their newest location with a large outdoor seating area, great for small meetups or a relaxing space to work remotely. Hayley is cozier but has a mellow vibe inside, a pod of isolation away from the busy hubbub. Side note: After hours, the space at Hayley St transforms into Lab Social, a cocktail bar. Isla Vista is a beach city near UC Santa Barbara, so expect to see a lot of students.
