🍴 5 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE GOING TO THE GIBSON, DC

1. MAKE A RESERVATION

The Gibson is seated room only - meaning you cannot stand by the bar or anywhere else while enjoying The Gibson experience (unless you book a private event). Therefore, it’s ideal for you and your guests, and for them, if you make a reservation so they can ensure that everyone in your group has a seat (especially for a group more than 6 people).

2. KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ACCOMPANYING YOU

Because of the limited seating, it is very hard to add more people to your reservation last minute - so make sure you solidify your plans before heading over!

3. ORDER OFF THE MENU

Request a drink inspired by a certain period in time or one to compliment your mood! The options are endless and the staff are experts at pinpointing the perfect drink just for you.

4. book a cocktail class

Heading over with a big group and/or celebrating a special occasion? Book a private event or cocktail class instead for a more intimate experience!

The Gibson offers private rooms upstairs that you can enjoy. Click here for more info about booking a room.
