This year’s theme #hmiproud celebrates the many accomplishments that HMI has achieved in its 39-year history and sets the stage to celebrate our 40th Anniversary Year by telling our story and the stories of the tens of thousands of lives we have affected.

The Hetrick-Martin Institute believes all young people, regardless of sexual orientation or identity, deserve a safe and supportive environment in which to achieve their full potential. Hetrick-Martin creates this environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth between the ages of 13 and 24 and their families.
Who You May Spot: An Institutional event, attended by over 1,000 lifestyle/fashion influencers. This year's honorees are Grant Shaffer & Alan Cumming, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil of Rajpipla. Host Brandon Victor Dixon and Performances by Alex Newell & Wé McDonald.
