Deets: Prost! This month, Radiator will launch ‘Radiator Biergarten,’ an autumnal festival celebrating cooler temperatures and Oktoberfest traditions on the patio. With customary steins and reimagined favorites like schnitzel sliders, the transition from summer to fall has never been more festive!
Beginning Saturday, September 22, Washingtonians are invited to Radiator’s cozy outdoor patio for dishes, drinks, and entertainment inspired by the fall festival of Oktoberfest. Guests will enjoy warming up with outdoor fire pits, playing cornhole and life-sized Connect Four with friends, and savoring German fare on communal tables adorned with blue and white décor.
To complement the fall vibes, Executive Chef Jonathan Dearden will be serving a selection of German-influenced dishes, ranging from $5-$9, on the happy hour, dinner, and late-night menus. These special biergarten bites include pretzels & beer cheese dip, grilled bratwurst with charred onion & sauerkraut, and chicken schnitzel sliders on a pretzel bun.
The Radiator bar team will offer an array of Bavarian-themed lagers available in $9 half-liter steins and $16 liter steins. During happy hour, $6 mugs of beer will be available. As an added bonus, every biergarten guest will receive a loyalty punch card. Each card gets a punch with the purchase of any liter beer, and a cardholder with 10 total punches will be awarded a popular Oktoberfest-themed das boot to take home. With no limit on the number of loyalty punch cards, beer lovers could end up with a unique collection of das boot trophies!

Hint For The Average Socialite: The ‘Radiator Biergarten’ will be held seven days a week from Saturday, September 22 until Monday, October 22 from 4PM until close, weather permitting. On Saturday, September 29, a live DJ will be playing German pop hits on the patio from 2PM - 5PM.
