Celebrate LA!: LA Phil 100 x CicLAvia is presented in partnership with CicLAvia and Community Arts Resources (CARS), to bring the LA Phil out of its venues and into the streets, as a gift to the city and as a showcase of Los Angeles’ creative spirit. The eight-mile long street party will feature 1,800 performers – musicians, dancers, and visual artists, the vast majority of which are from L.A. – with live shows and fun-filled activities throughout the entire route.

This unprecedented community event will transform eight miles of city streets into an auto-free zone where all are welcome to walk, run, skate, scoot, bike, and wander. It has no starting or ending point, and participants can join in anywhere they like. Any form of non-motorized transportation can be utilized, which includes walking, biking, wheelchairs, skateboards, and strollers. All ages are encouraged to attend.

A special Celebrate LA! app has been created to help navigate the event: create a personalized schedule, set reminders for artist performances, find activities and performances along the route, and listen to the LA Phil’s specially curated playlist. The app is available now at:
