Affair: The 5th Annual MAINopoly: Taste of Main Street

Hot Spot: Main Street (Between Pier Ave. & Bay St.), Santa Monica, CA
Deets: The 5th Annual MAINopoly: Taste of Main Street will take place on Sunday, May 27th from 1-6 p.m. at the street's best food and beverage establishments to raise funds for Summer SOULstice and Heal the Bay. MAINopoly is a fun, interactive community event that mirrors the classic board game, and gives participants a culinary walking tour of Main Street's finest restaurants, juiceries, ice cream stores, coffee shops and more.
Attendees will receive tastings in exchange for "MAINopoly" dollars, which will feature items such as ice cream samples from Sweet Rose Creamery, house baked cookie bites from Stella Barra, mac and cheese tastings from Manchego, cold brew coffee and skin collagen shots from Bulletproof Coffee and many more. Select restaurants will also be offering drink specials, including $5 draft beers and $6 cocktails for those with the official wristband.
Other activities include beer gardens, "GO TO JAIL" VIP Beer Garden with hosted brews from Golden Road including their Heal the Bay IPA, cocktails from Dulce Vida tequila, bubbly from Pommery Champagne, DJ, photo booth, snacks, picnic tables, games and more. Attendees are encouraged to dress in "Monopoly"-inspired or patriotic attire. Those who make their way around the board and turn it in at the official after party will be entered to win a "Taste of Main Street" prize package.
Attendees are encouraged to use ride-share, public transport and bikes. Bird will have a hub and designated scooters for attendees at the check-in.
