"As many of you know, we are facing challenges which have forced us to close temporarily. We understand your frustration and are greatly sorry for your inconvenience. We want to keep you updated on our status and we have been focused on giving you the news we are all hoping for. As of this moment, we cannot confirm when the earliest day we can open again is but we will update you as soon as we have more news.
Please know, all affected ticket holders will receive a refund or a replacement ticket. For those holding tickets for Thurs, Dec 14 from 3:30pm to 10:00pm, as well as all day Fri, Dec 15 – Wed, Dec 20 you should have received an email confirming your option to (1) receive a full refund for the face value of their ticket(s) plus all additional fees OR (2) exchange your ticket(s) for an alternate future date.

If you have requested a refund, depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 5-8 days to show up in your account.
For those wanting an exchange, we have seen your comments and know one of your concerns is you are reading that we are sold out through Sunday, Jan 7. We can confirm that we have put aside enough tickets for future days (Monday, Jan 8 – Sunday, Feb 25) to ensure you will be able to attend in the future if you are seeking an exchange.
Please know that we still continue to work on this night and day, and will not stop until we have a resolution.

General Admission tickets are $28.50 plus a small fee from the ticketing partner. VIP Packages are $199 plus a small fee from the ticketing partner.
