Deets: Audible and actress Rosario Dawson celebrated the upcoming November 14 exclusive release of the audiobook Artemis, a heist story set on the moon by The Martian author Andy Weir and performed by Dawson, with “Museum of Artemis: Life on the Moon, Presented by Audible” at New York Comic Con. The interactive exhibition transports visitors to the world of Artemis, a near-future thriller set in the first city on the moon.
On October 5, Rosario Dawson officially kicked off the exhibition by lighting the “The Museum of the Moon,” a 23-foot lunar installation from British artist Luke Jerram which is on display in America for the first time ever. Suspended in air above visitors, the multisensory art piece fuses NASA surface imagery and a surround-sound lunar-inspired musical accompaniment composed by Dan Jones.
The “Museum of Artemis: Life on the Moon, Presented by Audible" is free and open to the public.
To support the release of Artemis, Audible invites attendees on an audio and sensory exploration of the moon, featuring the North American debut of “The Museum of the Moon,” a 23-foot lunar installation from British artist Luke Jerram. Visitors to the event will receive an exclusive sneak peak of the new Artemisaudiobook, performed by actress Rosario Dawson.
