Deets: Clear your calendars for Sunday, May 21st. Some of the biggest names in the culinary world are joining forces to prepare an al fresco feast like none before. The aptly named Beast Feast combines the geniuses of prominent chefs from all over the world as they bring their favorite meat-centric dishes to the table. 

It’s not every day that you get to begin your dinner with a sustainable raw seafood bar from Michael Cimarusti (Providence), Border Grill signature cocktails, and a "nose to toes" live demonstration of whole animal butchery from Michael Puglisi and the Electric City Butcher team.

It’s then that the beast fare really kicks into high gear with tastes of unctuous pork, beef, lamb and quail. Fergus Henderson of London’s St. John will be grilling, Nancy Silverton (Mozza) and Dario (the Italian butcher) Cecchini will be tossing warm beef shin; melt-in-your-mouth brisket and rib tips crafted by BBQ kingpin Kevin Bludso and you’ll watch Spring Lamb Leg a la Ficelle roasted over an open fire pit by New York’s April Bloomfield (The Spotted Pig) while Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken (Border Grill) give Wolfe Ranch Quail the rubdown before they kiss the fire and Mozza’s Dahlia Narvaez is ending the divine feast with a sweet surprise.
